Michael Pollan

Michael is an award-winning author. His books include Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation (2013) and The Omnivore's Dilemma (2006), named one of the ten best books of 2006 by the New York Times and the Washington Post. He was named to the 2010 TIME 100, the magazine's annual list of the world's 100 most influential people. In 2009 he was named by Newsweek as one of the top 10 "New Thought Leaders." He is Professor of Journalism at UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism.
